Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM. Amplified music is not allowed outside of property anytime per city rule. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. The house was a great fit for our group. The outdoor area was fun and inviting. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and there were lots of fun amenities (board games, pinball machine, large Connect 4) which kept both the kids and adults entertained. I highly recommend this property.
