From the time we arrived, the staff was absolutely wonderful. The villa was spacious and the beach front view was beautiful. The location was nice. I do recommend to rent a golf cart, but all this can be arranged to be dropped off for you. They helped with anything that was on our minds.

The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed. It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi. Good food

You can choose an ocean view for more waves and boats passing and amazing custom pizza choices, and pools with a pool-side bar, or you can choose a laguna view for more calm and greater peace and more variety at the restaurant on that side.
