We really enjoyed our stay. We had some problems at check-in which as they couldn't find our reservation. Even while that was being straightened out, they got us in to our rooms. All the staff were extremely helpful. Our stay included breakfast which was quite good- we had it delivered to our villa each morning. Everyone loved the pool and the bartender at the pool bar could not have been more friendly. Overall great stay and would (and hope to) return.

Great stay staff were all wonderful room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was awesome both food and service. Pool was large has a swim up bar. We were welcomed on arrival by an alligator (leave him alone and he’ll leave you alone) and lots of Iguana’s. Would recommend renting a vehicle or golf cart the village is about a 30 minute drive.

Do not stay at this hotel. The resort is nice, but they double-charged for my room. I paid Expedia for the room, but the resort charged me again. Both the resort and Expedia are refusing to issue a refund. If you want to risk theft, this is the place to stay.

Midgrade American style resort too far from everything. Lots of construction going. Resort fee which is fine but then services $ on everything and if you eat at the only restaurant on the property there is an extra "pier $" bc the restaurant is on the pier. Not even a complimentary bottle of water in your room. 5 days in beach front villa. Nicest room available. Ragged out common area chairs and umbrellas. Very nice staff.

The room and staff were great! The issue was the location and distance from activites. The shuttel was only available 3 or the 7 days were there and even than it cost $20 USA for each person. Food was good but it was on the spendy side. The $117.00 facility use fee was also a bit of a shock.

The room was advertised as ocean view. You could barely see the pool, let alone the ocean from the actual room. The appliances were not in working condition. They did not provide any hand soap in the bathrooms. The staff was not friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast and dinner were very expensive in comparison to the other resort restaurants in the area.
