We loved our stay at Azure del Mar. It is a small hotel and the staff are really wonderful. The restaurant view can't be beat and the food was delicious. Our room was great and the vibe at the resort is relaxed and peaceful. We were very comfortable and glad we stayed, even though the seaweed was in full bloom (all over the Caribbean coast). We would definitely recommend this hotel and the treehouse suite is great for families.

The property location is excellent but what makes this place so wonderful is its laid-back atmosphere and superb staff. Maria, Valerie and everyone at the resort make you feel at home. They do their best to meet your expectations with a friendly and caring attitude at all times. We loved our stay and look forward to returning in a few months.

This is a gem of a quiet, accommodation spot with a nice sandy beach, small pool, a good restaurant and nice swimming in the ocean out front. The accommodation huts are perfect, the beds are decent and we felt as if we had our own private resort for some enjoyed R&R. It’s a short drive away from Placencia but well worth it for this experience. Kids loved the pool, paddle boards, hammocks and large beach area. I definitely recommend this place!!

Our room was clean and well maintained. Nice fixtures and little extras around that made it very comfortable. The property was kept clean and was very nice. I think they swept/raked the beach area a few times a day! Pool was great. Restaurant was great. Staff went above and beyond expectations. They were very helpful every time i interacted with them. This is the place to stay when visiting Placencia area!
