Within short driving distances are a variety of activities that include access to a gym, pickleball courts, mini golf, and a bowling alley. A short drive to Placencia Village offers cultural experiences, artisan shops, and beachside bars. Spectacular Belizean adventure tours include snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, monkey river tour, island trips, bird expeditions, sunset sailing, Mayan caves and ruins, tubing, hiking, and jungle zip-lining. Beach House
This elegant 2-bedroom/2-bath Beach House has a spacious bungalow design with curated African and local art pieces. This premium house features a 460 sq ft open concept living-dining-kitchen space, highlighted by a 14-foot vaulted ceiling with a spectacular wall-to-wall glass view of the beach and Caribbean Sea.
A pullout couch in the living room adds queen-size sleeping space to enable comfortable accommodation of 5 guests. There are ACs in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in each room, granite countertops, two full size bathrooms, shared washer/dryer, hardwood floors, and shared kayaks. HD streaming TV and free WiFi is available.
The fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a full-size dishwasher and ample counter space, is perfect for preparing anything from quick snacks to gourmet meals – which can be served formally at the large dining table or informally at a peninsula with bar stools or on the outdoor shaded porch – all with views of the beach and Caribbean.
Outdoors you can soak in this tropical and beach experience, relaxing on the wrap-around covered, elevated and shaded deck with a 270 sq ft front porch offering sea views, and a 296 sq ft side porch overlooking the forest garden. Maya Moon Cottage
This delightful guest cottage right on the beach offers beautiful views of the Caribbean from the comfort of the sofa or relaxing on the porch or beach. This two-bedroom and one-bath cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Here's what makes it your perfect getaway:
Outdoors you can soak in this seaside experience, relaxing on beach furniture beneath coconut trees or on the covered 190 sq ft front porch offering shaded sea views. It's the perfect spot to dine or relax with your favorite drink, cooled by gentle sea breezes.
The house has an open living room and kitchen area, highlighted by a vaulted ceiling, ACs in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in each room, granite countertops, hardwood floors, a bathroom, and shared washer/dryer and kayaks. HD streaming TV and free WiFi is available.
Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the Master Bedroom that has an amazing wall-to-wall view of the Caribbean Sea. Cultural touches like African and local art pieces adorn the space. The living room has glass doors and windows offering ample views of the beach and Caribbean Sea.

This property has two houses – Maya Moon Cottage (460 ft sq) and Maya Moon Beach House (860 ft sq)

Although basic amenities are provided the property is Self-Catering with no daily linen or cleaning service – as such more amenities may need to be purchased during your stay. There is routine beach cleaning with additional cleaning upon request. This may be done without notice.
Also note that for bookings over 3 weeks housekeeping will be done at 2 week intervals. There is no charge for this to guests.
