Falha de comunicação.

Hotel novinho bem decorado, porém 2 coisas me incomodaram: 1 - saída da água do chuveiro do banheiro privativo, com baixíssima pressão, praticamente gotejava; 2 - apesar do estacionamento na unidade, no térreo e portanto coberto, não poderia ser usado nem mesmo para descarregar as malas, sendo utilizado um estacionamento também do hotel, do outro lado da rua, porém com chuva havia uma enorme possa de água e mesmo falando com a recepção disseram que não podia usar o mesmo e nem mesmo me ofereceram pra descarregar as malas após forte chuva.

Péssima experiência no hotel Serravita

Havia um grande vazamento do box do quarto de cima para o meu que molhava o box, o papel higiênico, o vaso e ainda formava uma poça no chão com aquela água suja do banho dos outros hóspedes. O hotel me ofereceu pagar apenas a metade da diária para permanecer no quarto sem resolver o problema, o que recusei prontamente. Os funcionarios se mostraram altamente despreparados para resolver problemas. Só perdemos tempo e tivemos que sair de lá para o hotel ao lado, onde tivemos uma excelente experiência. Não recomendo o Serravita. Se der tudo certo com sua estadia, maravilha, mas se tiver algum problema, se prepare para a dor de cabeça.

Equipe muito solicita, havíamos hospedado no hotel para participar de um casamento na cidade, e de ultima hora conseguimos fazer uma reserva para presentear os noivos em sua primeira noite juntos. Recebemos todo o suporte necessário, hotel novo bem moderno bem no centro da cidade, um ótimo café da manhã completaram a experiencia. Com toda certeza voltaríamos a hospedar lá. Fazia muito tempo que não éramos surpreendidos positivamente em uma hospedagem.

O hotel é novo, moderno, confortável, com cômodos enormes. Porém, tivemos o inconveniente de sermos cobrados em duplicidade, pois, ao fazer o checkout do segundo quarto, não constava o pagamento feito via Hoteis.com, e, devido ao desgaste, esse ponto foi ruim. Ao final, o dinheiro pago pela segunda vez foi devolvido.
