I judge a hotel on the attention to detail of cleanliness in the bathroom. The sink overflow hole should be addressed (no mold or debris) and the shower edges that meet the floor, at the wall and glass door. The foot of the bed, where the platform isn’t covered by the should be clean, if exposed.

This is the only hotel that I would return to in Pittsburgh. The only improvement that I would suggest is adding more variety in your room service and expanding its service hours.
