Besides taking an hour to check in and then being rushed to check out, it seemed to be the only thing they were worried about. While my fiance was finishing up in the bathroom, she forgot her phone. Can you believe we were never notified that the phone was left there? We were rushed with knocking every 5 minutes. I called them to ask if the phone was left behind, and they said yes, it was there, but nobody bothered to let us know or chase us down when we were leaving the hotel. Then I was told that it would be sent last week when they realized that the phone was there. I asked for it to be sent overnight, and it was agreed. Four days later, we still haven't received the phone; it's been over a week now. I got charged for an extra occupant. I made a reservation and picked a room that sleeps 3. I got charged for an extra occupant, making it two of us. Then I got charged for a service dog. I didn't have the paper with me, and I don't appreciate the hotel staff talking negatively about my dog. He is very well trained and has probably stayed over 100 nights at hotels. They stereotyped my dog as a bully. He's worth $5,000, a grandson to King Louie, and they want to talk negatively about him, disrespecting me and my disability.

Room was fine, but there was a lack of in person staff support, and at times I got confusing, unclear, or incorrect instructions/guidance for problems. There is no one working at a "front desk" which I did not love.

This has been the worst experience! The door to our appartment would not lock and we were stuck in a pedicument. The first night, flight delayed cause us to We arrive late. Tire and exhausted we checked in. Upon closing up, readying for bed, I checked our lock and found out— the lock was not secure. With a turn of the knob, the door opens easily. I contacted the numbers provided, nothing was done due to time of night. The customer rep said, maintenance will fix it first thing in morning. It was late now, so trying to find another place at last minute was difficult. We endured it for night and stay, push sofa against door as barrier. The next day, we had events to attend. Rep told us, maintenance had fix the door and the lock was functioning properly. We were out all day for family events and returned to the unit late. Upon arriving only to find, the door was NOT locking again. And no maintenance was available. Once again we had to bar the front door with sofa. Slept in shifts.
Apartment door would not stay lock. The door automatically unlock without use of key code. A turn of knob & door would open.

The space (2 bed, big bathroom and huge living room with beautiful views) was amazing - can't beat the price to be walking distance from every thing downtown, PNC Park and Acrisure stadium (i never had to use the bus or lyft/uber). There's a 24/7 pizza place just across the street as well as a convenience store. I don't mind walking nor climbing stairs.. so the walk up and down the 4th floor is something to keep in mind. Otherwise, i deformity got more value than if i had stayed 2 min future down for double the price

Great communication on booking, deposit and access of property and room. Location is great to access downtown museums and many restaurants close by. The apartment and overall property was clean and well maintained. Wish i could have made use of kitchen more but my stay was short and too many options for eating out. Bedroom was quiet and comfy. Bathroom clean and neat. Helpful signs placed in areas with qr codes in case you need quick communication with staff and management. Nicely decorated rooms.
