We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. The front desk staff- Lisa, Ray, Skip, and Michael, are very friendly, courteous, and professional individuals. They always remember me, my name, and ask about my parents who are located in a nearby nursing facility. I enjoy the breakfast and the treats and coffee that are available throughout the day and night. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are very comfortable to relax in. I enjoy my stay at this location and have been coming there for many months now and plan on returning for future stays.
