The room was in good condition but the breakfast was not good. My suggestion would be to ensure the food is fresh and appetizing. Also, make sure coffee, creamer and/or breakfast items are available. We had to let them know that the creamer was out or wait on eggs, etc.

The room was alright. The drain in the bathtub was extremely slow. The elevator wasn't operating when we got to the hotel. So, we had to carry several large suitcases up two flights of steps.

The staff was great, friendly, attentive, professional. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had an issue with the room keys and needed to get new ones almost every time we left the room. One of the staff said the battery needed to be replaced on the door mechanism. It caused us minor inconvenience having to go up & down multiple times for keys. We were happy to have a breakfast available with a variety of food options, coffee and juice.

The staff at the desk were kind and accommodating. The room was in need of a complete update!! The carpet was worn and frayed throughout, especially at the doorway to the bathroom. The shower had something dark brown lining part of the shower surround. I can send photos to you if you would like. This is my second unpleasant experience with a Marriott Hotel! I probably will not book another!!
