Pool had dirt on the bottom but we still went in and ejoyed the heat! Room was excellent other than noise in hallways with doors slamming, talking and barking animals when people came to rooms during the evening. staff was very friendly and helpful. Was not given the suite which was originally booked for 2 beds. We were 5 people and was only give one bed and a sofa bed. One of us had to sleep on the floor. It was late in the night and we travelled long and did not had the energy to energy to fight.
