We are located in a quiet neighborhood approximately a 10 minute drive from downtown, Heinz Field, PNC Park, Rivers Casino, North Shore, Strip District, South Side and many other desirable locations.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment. The only restricted areas are the basement and the attic, which are used for storage and are not part of the guest space.

• Lower Unit: There may be guests staying in the separate lower-level apartment. Each unit has its own private entrance, but we appreciate your consideration with noise, especially during quiet hours.

• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll confirm availability. A fee of $10 per hour applies outside standard times.

• Climate Control: The apartment is typically kept between 70–72°F for comfort. If you’d like an adjustment, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

• Cleanliness & Care: We take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable space. In addition to professional cleaning, we thoroughly disinfect high-touch areas between every stay.
