If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. The walls are very thin and you hear your neighbors, the people on the street and the cars passing all day. There is no iron/steamer here for your clothes either. They only gave 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 6 day stay. The place was clean. The area occasionally had people loitering outside. Street parking is fine. I probably would not stay here again.

Things were well set up and clean. I would recommend that if the sofa bed is going to be used that the bedding be provided in the room. Also please note that for some reason the main door was not locked and one could enter without the use of the code.

Great room, just super noisy!

The room itself was perfect. Comfortable, clean, had everything needed, fantastic shower, felt like a movie theater in bed. The biggest complaints I have is nobody replied to me about parking so I ended up having to walk almost a mile to and from the hotel to book a garage some what near by and the noise outside the room was atrocious! Cars revving all night, people standing outside the window smoking and drinking, I had a white noise machine with me and had it at its loudest and could still hear every single noise. The bed was super comfy, sheets soft and clean.. but did not sleep at all due to so much noise at all hours. Tbh it was quieter during the day than it was at 4am. If I got a room somewhere else in the building I’d def stay again because the room itself was fantastic.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. While the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, that’s to be expected. The bathroom featured a warm toilet seat with a bidet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Indoor parking was a major convenience. Best of all, communication with the host team was prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this place!

Large, newly renovated room in building next to good ghost kitchen for food. Large TV and nice kitchenette. On street parking is limited. Loud club across the street. No on-site management. Pull-out bed was missing sheets. Room contained one extra duvet (no cover, no extra sheets, no extra pillows).

This was an interesting place as it was a converted warehouse type building. It was hard to find with Google maps, as it took us to the back of the building, so be sure to turn on Melwood. The room was very large, and the TV was HUGE! Nice bathroom with a toilet seat that was heated and had a built-in bidet - not sure why? Full size refrigerator, but no ice which was a disappointment. Coffee was provided. Bed was comfortable. Overall, a good experience.

Great space, great pricing, well furnished

The location is a bit confusing at first but is quite simple when you get in. The room was spacious and overall well furnished. I would strongly recommend this location for those that want a reasonable size space, and avoid the normal hotel scene. Biggest issue was outlet locations and light sources. There is no bedside lamp and no power outlet next to the bed in the room I had, which required me to use my phone as a light source, and I couldn’t charge it overnight without stumbling and plugging into the closest outlet (behind a couch). A coffee table would also go well 😬. I kept moving the bedside table to use as one.

This is a hidden gem. The property is exactly as shown. Clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen. We were able to park right in front of the building. It is kind of secluded but not unsafe. Close to both UPitt and Carnegie. The only thing that I wish was there is a USB phone charging option and maybe a blanket if someone is sleeping on the sofa. Great stay. Thank you!
