When booking this stay we accidentally selected October instead of November for the month of our stay we booked and immediately contacted them within a half hour to change this but was told there was nothing they could do so we never even stayed at the hotel but was charged spoke with several people whith no help.

Manager, front desk staff, restaurant staff, and valet staff were outstanding. Unfortunately, we had no bath soap gel in shower and ran out of tissues immediately (maybe 2 left in box). Also, the Chinese Lantern Flies were everywhere in lobby but staff worked to clean them up. Breakfast was decent but looking at a vacuum cleaner and supplies in the dining area was an eye sore. Overall, good stay.

I was only on the property overnight on a business trip. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. The room was well appointed and the fitness room was clean. The equipment there all worked. The restaurant food was quite good. Overall my stay was quite nice. I would certainly book there again.

Just pass, the hotel is very run down. And as a marriott member, they gave us the worst room, across from the ice machine and next to the elevator and the hotel was not even full. Why? Next time I am in town for Pittsburg Un. event. I will stay at the Courtyard or another hotel all together.

Hotel was very close to the sporting arena and games were played both evenings we were there. The hotel was swarming with loud boisterous people both evenings as was the small dining areas. No shopping nearby.

You are paying for the convenient location. There is no breakfast included, no pool, and you have to pay extra for parking. Decor is older style and has not been updated in a long time, I imagine. The room was clean though and only a 5 min walk to PPG arena. We didn’t really deal with staff other than to check in and out. Our drinks at the bar were good but pricey.

Rooms were very nice and hotel was very clean. The only small issue was the valet parking line to get into the hotel was kind of a mess with the concert happening that night.
