The room was clean and fresh. However, the hotel is very dated. There is no refrigerator in the room which I found very odd - it's so common that I didn't even think to look at the amenities to make sure there was one. Overall, the property is good for the price.

When we got the room keys and got up to the room the key cards don’t work. Neither one worked. My husband went to the front desk and they “fixed” them. No they still didn’t work. Finally someone came up to the room to see for himself and then he got them to work. After settling in we realized after turning up the thermostat that is was slow to heat up. Thankfully there was an electric space heater we used. We don’t complain so we just left it this way except bout 4am I was really cold and we just got ready to check out. At the desk the clerk ask us about the heat and he explained that room was not suppose to be given to any customers as the heat wasn’t working.

Check in took forever. Had a bad smell did construction without notifying people before their stay. Didnt ask permission to enter room. Man came in to change my door lock sent sparks all over our stuff. Cleaning lady tried coming in without asking. No outlets to use. Ine extention cord thing on desk that sparked when used. So many things. Very disappointed. They wouldnt speal to me about issues. Didn't give me what i asked for or even acknowledge it. I didnt have the option to up and leave and go to another one.

The staff are very friendly and did their best to help. I did find the parking lot minimally taken care of after a snow storm with ice and snow more than other neighboring properties, difficult to navigate. The lamp in our room was broken, the charging ports were broken, security door propped open. It’s a shame because it is clean, convenient, and has a great parking rate for airport parking.
