The property itself is a nice smaller hotel in a very walkable neighborhood in East Liberty. The hotel is extremely understaffed and the staff there clearly do not want to help or provide service. My suite missed housekeeping services only be told they were gone for the day and focus on check outs when there! I had NO soap in either bathroom of my suite. When asked on the phone I was told to come down and get a bar at the desk as no one was available to bring any! The bar staff person was no better. Her main concerns were when she opened and when she got off work. There is no management ever on sight apparently. The entire staff needs to be fired. Nice hotel otherwise.

Indigo by IGH, East Liberty, PA

We enjoyed our visit. East Liberty’s neighborhood is in transition. It was dirty in the alleys and side streets. The hotel was one of the brighter spots. The decor was charming, but worn out. Our lounge chair was broken and dirty. The room and bath were clean. The TV was too small for the space and hard to see when in bed. The bed was ok, good pillow! Loved the size of the shower and bath in our King Suite. Staff was Amazing! The food was good too. Hats off to the cook! We like the Baker Square town center. It was a lot of fun. The Food was mostly fried , but there were salad offerings. They had a Jeni’s ice cream, but we bailed after standing in line for 40 minutes. We will check back in a couple years.

Nice hotel with awesome breakfast and friendly staff. Room was nice with very large, modern bathroom. Room could use a bit more lights, but otherwise really had a great stay.

Front desk folks were very nice at check-in. Got to room and quickly realized toilet was leaking. Called front desk for help, told us they would send someone, but no one ever showed up. Bedside table was missing entire drawer. Window blind was broke...would not go up. Mold in shower (on a positive note, the shower was very large). Valet parking was expensive, but easy to use. Expected more for a $270 room.

While the location was great for work and dining, the property has not maintained preventative maintenance. Soap dispensers were empty, the room location was loud and the rooms were overpriced for the value. Onsite dining was limited and the staff were generally occupied with other tasks, so customer service was lacking. I will give it another chance but after four stays, then trending is not good.

Booked two queens but only got one king. And this hotel did not provide any refund but only the complaint phone number of Expedia. Very terrible experience. There are so many better hotels with comparable prices in downtown. Pick the other one if possible!

The stay was fine. Front desk representative was very nice BUT breakfast was not available and NOT REFUNDED! Arrived during a power outage but the AC worked which was nice. Valet parking for $32 is bananas especially when public parking was found directly in front of the hotel. There is a mysterious charge on my account and when I called was told I’d get a call back and still have not received a call back

Unfortunately, the maintenance employees they don’t know about cleaning the air conditioner and fixing the door when there is guest in the room .When we arrived from shopping at 3:20 pm and were trying to relax, the air conditioning was uncovered with a towel on the floor covered in dirt from the air conditioning. They were fixing the door because it was so hard to open. They told us they would be back in 30 minutes to finish the job, and we had to leave the room. Why did they decide to do that when there were guests? and by the way, they need to fix the sink is clog and the shower has a lot mold take care of the place .I'll never go back to that place!

Stay away!!! Booked a reservation for 2 double beds for 2 nights. (3 adults) After checking in, went to the room to find 1 double bed. Went back to front desk and was then told they do not have any rooms with 2 double beds available. They only have Kings rooms without pull out couches. Also, rollaways were available. After waiting 1 hour, we were given two rooms 1 with 1 King bed and 1 room with 1 Double bed. Our reservation was for 2 nights, when we returned after going out the next day, we were locked out of the King Room and could only get into the room with 1 Double bed. At this point asked for a refund for the second night and left. They said they had to contact Expedia to issue a refund. The family checking in behind us had the same issue. Side note - There were SHEER shades on the large bathroom windows. The other windows in the room had sheer shades and a decorative cloth shade. Bathroom only SHEER. Had to turn off light when using bathroom at night.
