Follow the stairs up to the second floor, where two stylish queen bedrooms await—each with plush bedding and Roku TVs. At the end of the hall, a full bathroom offers plenty of space to prep for a night out in East Liberty’s vibrant bar and dining scene.

Ascend to the third floor and the home truly opens up. A bright, inviting living area greets you with comfy seating and a 50” Smart TV—perfect for game day or Netflix nights. Toward the back, the fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to late-night bites, and a second full bathroom adds extra convenience. At the front of the home, the primary king bedroom offers a cozy, private escape after a day of exploring.

With bedrooms and bathrooms spread across two levels, this layout gives your group the perfect balance of togetherness and personal space.

The entire 2nd & 3rd floors are yours to roam. Note that the first floor is another short term rental, with a completely separate entrance & living area - there are no "shared" spaces.

House Rules

1. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed—please dispose of butts responsibly. A $500+ cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.

2. Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 4, with a total cap of 6 people on the property at any time.

3. Use at Your Own Risk
Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.

4. Chore-Free Checkout®
No cleaning is expected or required from guests, but excessive messes (e.g., abundant stains, excessive trash) will incur a $40/hr cleaning fee.

5. No Late Checkouts Without Approval
Late departures disrupt cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 per 30 minutes.

6. Flexible Rebooking Policy
If you cancel outside the refund window and we rebook your dates, we’ll refund any rebooked nights—because we don’t believe in double-dipping.

7. No Daily Housekeeping
The home is fully cleaned before your stay. Fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies are included. Mid-stay cleanings available for an extra fee.

8. No Pets Allowed
To protect guest sensitivities, pets are not permitted. A $350 deep cleaning fee applies if evidence is found.

9. Children Welcome – With Full Adult Responsibility
Children are warmly welcomed, but must be supervised at all times—indoors and out. Guests are fully responsible for any necessary baby-proofing and must thoroughly inspect any provided items (e.g., high chairs, pack & plays) before use. Host does not inspect or guarantee the safety of these items. By booking, Guest accepts full liability for the safety of all children on the premises.
