Long line for the 1 waffle maker. No one uses the other one due to waffle pattern. Pool, spa, and workout room were out of order due to construction. Not mentioned on web site or I would not have selected this property.

Pool and hot tub closed. TV’s in room are blurry like it’s the 1980’s. This was in a newly refurbished room with a “great tv” according to the front desk. The entire place was under construction, which it’s understandable, but I wish I would have been made aware. Breakfast was amazing btw!

I've stayed previously and it was really nice. This December they had renovations going on so outside there was some debris, to the elevators were patchy. I'm not picky but I'm about service. I was told my room was newly renovated and asked to give a review, but from jump the door closed but was shaky so wasn't trusty about the safety. Spoke to staff 2x and nothing. Room was decent but for being redone supposedly it had some patches on the walls so it felt odd to ask for a review and not know how it looks. The breakfast wasn't the best the eggs and sausage looked funky. Other than that I was upset with one of their front desk staff, possibly Jamaican who was very rude, whenever you greet her she just stares and always on the phone.

They are doing updates and construction to hotel, so there were workers going though lobby with materials. Our room bathroom door was the tough to shut, it dragged. The toilet paper was mounted under the sink, which was not close to the toilet. But we made the most of it.

A pipe burst in the conference room, which was 20 feet away from our room. We had to literally wade through water and squeeze through all the conference room furniture that was stacked up on both sides of the hallway to get to our room. Someone at the hotel literally picked up our luggage card to get to our room. No other options were available for a different room or anything. The next day the water was cleaned up but we were assaulted with banging and construction at 7:30 AM each morning. We were stuck with no other options and had a horrible experience - no welcoming environment, no peace and quiet, and no real apologies or solutions from the staff.
Construction directly outside of our suite and the condition of the parking lot.

Room was clean and comfortable except for the fact there was no internet on the TV; and we had to get someone from the front desk to figure out the TV remote! There was no hot water for a shower! Breakfast was not what we expected. No cups were available for the juice station. There was a huge container of biscuits, but no gravy. Some of the condiment containers were empty. There was no hot dark roast coffee available. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping staff.

Room was newly remodeled, and we were the first to use the pull out couch. It was still sealed shut and wrapped in plastic when we opened it. However, the door latch into the room was missing critical components to feel secure. Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly.

The building is under construction, we missed that information when booking but decided we’re going to make the best of it when we arrived and realized. They had the pool, not the worst but also not ideal as we paid extra to stay at a hotel with a pool. When we arrived the room had hair all over it and there was no hot water for hours. The air was hard to breathe with the smell of sawdust and dust with the work, the workers music and banging was heard through are

I booked this place because it was supposed to have a pool AND hot tub, got here for the front desk to tell me they are under construction and that is closed until further notice. I got woke up to workers right above my room doing work at right before 7am. I also needed to do laundry and couldn't get access to the laundry room, by the time i was able to get access someone else started their load, 3hrs later same load in the washer, not happy at all, did not get to do my laundry. I paid almost $300 for 2 nights for this?? I AM NOT HAPPY AND NOT SATISFIED! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star

There are plumbing and draining issues. Our toilet barely flushed , our sink had residue in it and after having 2 people take showers we figured out why. The sink was so full , it was overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Something was obviously wrong with the drains. We let the front desk know and the lady pretty much brushed us off and acted annoyed. We would not stay here again.

The room was really nicely renovated however when we were walking up to our room my husband said a man just walked in our room. He heard us & walked out immediately & said sorry. Our sink was filled with black stuff. I'm pretty sure he was going to use our bathroom We told the front desk & they offered to move us to the 5th floor because there were no renovations going on there but also there weren't any going on our floor ??!!! Won't you check the rooms before you give them out to customers??
