Hampton Inn stay

Room is fine, but the Bed and Pillows were not that great. There were plenty of noice whole night from the highway next to the hotel eventhough we stated at 9th floor.

The hotel room wasn't very clean. The floors were dirty and in need of repairs, so was the bathroom. The pool was freezing cold and dirty. Breakfast was limited. They ran out of waffle mix and necer filled it back up. There wasn't any juice because the machine was broken so that wasn't offered. I was very disappointed in the hotel and will never stay there again.

The property, the room and the bathroom are all dirty. The carpet in the room stinks and the reception did not help us. The upkeep of this property is poor. Asked if the fridge was working. Was told to pull the fridge out and check the wiring

They assigned a family the same toom as me due to a system error. The family walked in on me. Then the next morning, cleaning walked in on me. After grabbing breakfast, i was locked out of my room for 20 mins due to the system error. I requested a callback to resolve my issues and they never reached out. The front desk woman clearly did not care about the invasion of privacy and awful safety.

Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. True customer service excellence!
