One of the elevators was broken and there was a wedding happening so it was a full hotel and we were on the fourth floor. Taking the elevator wasn’t an option. There was a barking howling whining dog that woke me up Sunday morning and the front desk seemed like they didn’t care. I was told it’s a pet friendly hotel in response. The dog was a floor below me and very unhappy. I felt terrible for it. After several hours it improved. I’m glad I was leaving and didn’t need to put up with it any longer. But nothing was done or said to improve my stay because of this early morning inconvenience. The breakfast is good, the hotel location is amazing. It’s clean but the elevator and some doors especially the broken parking gate being in disrepair give me pause for return trips. There are other options in the same location. If any of these things matter to you check out other options.

Great experience

Was making the move from New York to Chicago and made a stop in Pittsburgh for one night. Service was excellent and very accommodating to my situation, Bri was extremely helpful and sweet. My room was lovely and clean, the hotel overall is very well maintained. Very happy with my stay overall and I will absolutely be back!! Thank you for your hospitality.

Parking is a nightmare. Not recommended if you are travelling with children, luggage and a bigger vehicle. They do not have enough parking and you will end up parking in a multi level parking lot near by and do back and forth between your hotel and parking, totally unacceptable

Pittsburgh's Perfect Place

When we come to Pittsburgh this is the first place we check for booking. It's dog friendly and perfect location for whatever you are doing in Pittsburgh. Lots of great walkable places to eat in the South Side. Plus if you have a dog....there is a wonderful dog park with food trucks nearby.
