All in all we had a lovely stay; however there were several things that were broken in the room and the bathroom wallpaper was starting to peel. The shower head sprayed the top of the ceiling if it was turned a specific way and the window shade would not stay raised inhibiting our views. I expected a little bit more from a Hilton property. Also, as a Hilton Honors member, I was shocked to see that only certain levels of members didn’t have to pay for the complementary water. The staff was amazing! And we enjoy the location and food options nearby. Overall a pleasant experience.

I love staying at the Joinery. The hotel and the rooms are comfortable and quiet and well-designed. The only issue is the closest self-parking is expensive and has no person available when there are issues. I recommend using one of the garages a block or two away.

Terrible customer service. Ive traveled across entire NE for 14 years averageing 200 nighrs per year and i have never been treated with o much disrespect. From management to front desk, they were all obnoxious and rude. I will never stay at this hotel and advise all to aviod if possible. Not worth the money.
