I was very disappointed with my stay due to the poor hygiene standards. The room was not clean, and I ended up getting bedbug bites on my hands. The management seriously needs to deep-clean and sanitize all the bedding and linens immediately. I cannot recommend this place until this issue is resolved. Stayed July 04-05,2026

The bistro took 45 minutes to make a sandwich with a few french fries. Was promised 10 minutes. Had a hungry toddler. Airport transportation was an Uber. I requested a car seat but apparently they don’t provide that amenity. The Uber driver refused the ride and the hotel had no other options or cared.

The hotel is clearly newly renovated but management seems to be lacking. In all rooms, the only coffee available is decaf and when we asked for regular coffee at the front desk we were told they only have decaf in the entire hotel. In addition, on a holiday weekend the restaurant/bar area was closed. The hotel is nice and overall clean but it’s clear even the employees discouraged by poor management. It’s sad because it could be a very nice place to stay but we would not choose the courtyard brand again based on this experience.
