Staff at desk was friendly, but the room key system was down then entire stay. We had to ask for an escort everytime we came back from leaving and it was very inconvenient. Staff was very apologetic but again it was very annoying. Room was clean but seemed dated in some areas, Bathroom, TV. Nice location, just not up to all my other Marriott standards.

The neighboring room was extremely loud. We had to call the front receptionist. Looks like they sent over cops but the noise remained. Not happy with the stay at all. We, family of 4 driving from another state could not sleep all night. At the time of this post, we called the receptionist again.

My wife and I were in for an overnight business trip, the front desk and lobby staff were nice. When we entered the room, it was warm and we thought the team heated up for us. I lowered the temp by the wall t-stat as it was 82 degrees. Looking around the room the nightstand on the left side of the bed was pull away from the wall and the receptacle cover was on it and off the outlet. We had been traveling and just wanted to relax so it wasn't a big deal. After about 30 minutes I notice the temp was still high in the room, I went to the in-wall unit and lower the temp on it as well. All through the night we dealt with hot and cold swing as the wall t-stat and the in-wall unit aren't synced. Also, the fan blower fluctuates from quiet to noisy, making it hard to get a good sleep. Please have your team complete quality checks of the rooms before guest arrive to mitigate these issues in advance. No one wants maintenance in their rooms when they are trying to relax or sleep. Also, the lamps and outlet on the left side of the headboard did not work as none of my wife devices charged overnight.
