Upon arrival, staff was extremely rude and unkind. The rooms were ok. No fan in bathroom, so entire room was hot and steamy when showered. Sheets had rips in them. But, was a cheap spot to sleep.

The room was dirty. There was hair EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. The shower curtain was visibly dirty. The tub drained extremely slowly, but the time I was done showering the water covered my feet. There was no actual blanket. When I called to the front desk, around 1230am, I was told they didn't have any extra. It took over an hour after turning up the heat to get the room to regester at 70*. The heater put off a smell and visible dust. There was no breakfast food. Only black coffee was offered, no cream or sugar.

When I checked in, the desk person said there was no tv even though the ad said the room had one. The bathroom mirror was broken in many places with shards of glass taped in place. The mirror itself was barely on the wall. The bed had what seemed to be blood stains next to the pillows and a different bodily fluid near the bottom of the bed. I checked out after twenty minutes and asked for a refund. He told me to reach out to hotels.com for that. I will say though that the man at the desk was kind and understanding and helpful.

the heat did not work, i called the front desk and told them, instead of giving me a new room he said let it run 5 minutes, after 15 minutes i just packed upnand left, im sure im not the first one to complain no heat so i ask him why give me a room with no heat i left aftef a few hours i had a kid not feeling good with a cold couldn't stay there with no heat,

Very very basic and unclean. All amenities have been removed. No TV in room, feel like it was probably stolen. Mirror cracked and held together with tape. Emergency exit sign falling from ceiling in the hallway. Dirty sheets, lumpy pillows, just didn't feel comfortable or clean anywhere in the room.

Where to begin. I didn’t expect much when I booked this place but.. front desk seemed annoyed that I even came to check in. Hotel smells like smoke which makes sense because there are no smoke alarms in the room or the hallways from what I can see.

I ended up not even staying and booking a hotel elsewhere for the night. The first room they put me in had take out all over the counters and the bed was stained. The second one they tried to give me the bedding was undone when I went in with a soaking wet towel on the bed. Both had clearly not been cleaned. I left after that and booked a hotel elsewhere.

Here’s what was not okay: the towel bar in the bathroom fell off of the wall when I ised it to hang the hand towel. And the toilet didn’t flish without taking the tank lid off to manually lift the lever. Clerk at the desk in the morning did not believe us and took no notes and offered no apology for the state of the bathrom. Also, there was an ice bucket but no cups. Bring your own. The okay: the room was otherwise clean, quiet, and efficient.

Room smelled like smoke. No towels. It took 2 days to get more than one towel. The bathroom sink took 10 minutes to drain and was filthy. The room was dirty. The bedding was torn, stained, and the pillows were dollhouse size. The lone microwave in the lobby did not rotate and burned my cup. There was never one drop of hot water. Completely disgusting and depressing stay.

1. Room was cold - heated function did not work. 2. Room was dirty (sheets were nasty and found a lot of hair from others in the room) 3. Toilet did not work right. 4. Shower looked gross 5. Darkening curtain was missing. 6. No fridge or microwave in room - advertisement said different. 7. Hair dryer was missing. 8. Hallway floor looked like it never had been cleaned. 9. Went to ask the receptionist for new sheets and blanket - he was reluctant in giving me a new blanket. 10. Also asked to get a new room and said he can’t do that which is bs. 11. Toilet seat had a strangers hair on it- ewwww In all the hotels I have ever stayed this was the worse disappointing one ever. 0 Stars. I read other people’s reviews and it said those issues will be fixed - well they weren’t. Whoever is writing they will make sure to get it right is lying!!! I really wish I could get my money back. This was not worth it at all. Please give me the headquarters of red roof inn number so I can talk with them and send them the pictures. This is absolutely messed up to have people stay there and then not to give them a new room if they ask for it. DIRTIEST HOTEL EVER.

Parking was awesome and the staff was friendly. The room itself was horrible, bed sheet had a cigarette burn and after pulling it off there was stuff between the mattress pad and the bed. Had a 3 night stay and happy I only stayed one and primarily used for parking. Definitely use the Red Roof by the airport in Pittsburgh. First and last stay.

When we checked in, the toilet would not flush and we didn't have a trash bin. We had a mini fridge that never worked. We had a desk chair that was lopsided and very uncomfortable to sit in. The right side of curtains was torn and we didn't even report it. The TV cable should have a guide channel. The entire place is cheap, therefore the cost per night is low. Would not stay again unless nothing else available and not recommended to others seeking a cheap place in ross township,Pittsburgh, pa.
