We were disappointed with our stay. We booked a king room but were given two double beds instead, and the front desk told us there were no other rooms available. The TV was also missing its power cable, so we had to contact the front desk to get one. On top of that, the bathroom was not properly cleaned — there were stains on the toilet and hair on the shower wall. Overall, we expected a lot more.

Booked this room over a week ago. I called hotel directly the day before to see if we could possibly check in a little before the check-in time of 3, possibly 2:45. I was told that this was not a problem, they woild have the room ready for 2 pm. We arrived shortly before 3 and we were told the room was NOT ready and it would be another 20 minutes. Front desk clerk was very apologetic and offered us water/coffee. Unfortunately, by the time we got into the room, we missed the wedding ceremony that we were in the area to attend.

If you want a pool, this place is the best bang for the buck in the area. Very nice indoor pool area. Breakfast is decent and staff is attentive to it. Walkable to multiple fast food joints and a Waffle House. Room was always clean. Last time I was there elevator was broken. Whatever, it was $50 cheaper than the so called 3:star hotels in the area. I can walk my old butt up a flight of stairs for $50 in savings.

Second time booking here and front desk was courteous and helpful ( especially have me a pick of rooms due to the elevator was down- which they fixed later that night) Cleanliness was very good, the bathroom walls looked a little dingy with some stains on it, it was a small detail. I appreciated their cleaning of their ice machine ( that is a sticking point with most hotels I've stayed in). Parking some nights is difficult due to lack of space but love the convenience of being near the highway and to major shopping and dining locations. Back to the location near the highway- even tho it close to I-79, you hardly heard any noise from the highway or even from the adjacent roadway. I would definitely book with them again in the future.
