I didn't eat breakfast there so I cannot say much about that but what I can say is the bed was very comfy and clean. I did not like the smell of the room. I sprayed the heck out of it with Lysol. The carpet stunk and it had what looked like a greese stain on it. I did not sit on the couch it looked a bit crusty. I was not sure if the smell came from the couch or the carpet. Other than that we slept like babies in that room. Thanks for having us.

Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here two nights for a Steelers game. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The parking lot is well lit at night.

Outdated with stale smelling rooms and foyer; wall paper in bathroom coming off walls, carpet on 4th floor in hallway had hole. Room service came on Sat at 9AM and never returned with toilet paper or to clean room. Bad coffee and stale food at breakfast buffet. Could not access workout facilities with room key-only available with staff member to grant access; indoor pool was covered not available for use. Exiting/entering hotel had to cross busy 4 lane road at intersection with no light where it shared access with a different hotel (Days Inn) to get to Comfort Inn and parking. We frequently travel to Pittsburgh area but will seek other options in future.

Staff was wonderful. Hotel appears worn and not very clean. Had a family event, 3 separate rooms, and all had stained sheets, patched blankets, floor was not vacuumed in one room (M&Ms and confetti all over). Breakfast was ok, not much variety compared to other hotels in this segment. Very convenient to downtown Pittsburgh, 5 min away. Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to lack of cleanliness.

My favorite so far place to stay in Pittsburgh and I think I will be choosing here when I come. The front desk is wonderful and breakfast was wonderful. House keeping was so friendly. Wonderful stay.
