Not bad for my 1st time in PA

I stayed for 3 nights. Upon first glance i noticed the shower in the bathroom was dirty. I asked housekeeping via text message to provide me with fresh linens on the last night and they literally responded to the text message 4 and a half hours after i checked out! I even called the front desk and they told me they'd come and they never did. Other than that the room was comfortable i didnt care for direct tv as the cable provider, the wifi for the room didnt work so i had to use the guest wifi. Nice microwave and refrigerator. Close to restaurants and shopping

The front desk attendant was a very nice lady who checked us in. We just left our stuff off in room since we were only spending 1 night. We left right away to go to eat, Heinz museum, and MLB Pirates game. We took a lyft to go have lunch and walked to stadium and walked back to hotel after game. We got back around 11:00 p.m..to hotel my friend jumped in shower and water was not going down. I called fron't desk we had to grab our stuff go down to lobby and get another room. This was my second time staying in this hotel chain but the one in nappa ca was more modern and this one was outdated with issue we experienced.

Everything was good. They didn't have rober which was in the description. Also they closed the pool area earlier than the description. Needs to have accurate details on the hotels.com app. Other thank that loved it.

Property was in a convenient place, check in was easy except I was given a room that was not cleaned properly, smelled as soon as I opened the door. The bed had someone’s hair on the pillow case and sheets. And the free lotion left in the bathroom was used. I had to go back to the front desk and request a new room. On my way to request this new room there was a homeless drug addict roaming the hallway and taking her shoes off and rubbing her dirty feet on the carpet I was disgusted and actually did not feel safe. This was my second time staying here and I’m not sure I would stay again.

We stayed two nights. First room 508 was very run down and dirty and had blood stains on the comforter and bottom sheet. Moved to 601 which we thought was better until we both broke out with either bed bug or scabies bites. Now taken Ivermectin and lotion to deal with this awful rash. Not worth staying there despite the nice location.
