➤ Check-in: Fully keyless entry with codes provided prior to check-in. Every guest receives a unique code via our automated locking system. No keys are required with our highly secure, state-of-the art smart lock system. In case of emergency we’ve placed spare keys in the lockbox to the left of you on the railings. Just shoot us a quick message and we’ll get everything sorted!

PROPERTY LAYOUT:
Welcome to 115 1/2! As you enter through the front door and head upstairs, you’ll find yourself on the main floor.

Directly ahead is the living room, where a 50” smart TV and a selection of board games await, perfect for unwinding or spending time together. Beyond that is the kitchen area, and next to the kitchen, a stairway leads to the back of the building.

At the top of the stairs on the left is the bathroom. Down the hallway in the opposite direction of the living room and kitchen is the guest bedroom, featuring a full and twin bed, suitable for guests of all ages. In the closet, you’ll find a pack n play and extra towels.

Continuing down the hallway, you’ll come to the office/workout area and laundry room. Next to the office is the master bedroom, complete with a highly-rated memory foam mattress featuring cooling gel technology for a comfortable night’s sleep. The master bedroom also opens up to a cozy patio, perfect for lounging with friends and family.
