L'Appartamento è situato in posizione ottima, in centro storico.

La proprietà si trova in posizione strategica, in centro storico. l'unico problema è quando è attiva la ZTL. Bisognerebbe provvedere ad una permesso per l'entrata in ZTL. Per il resto, tutto benissimo.
