About this property

Welcome to a spacious and private 124 m² guesthouse in a central location in Piteå. The property features a private entrance, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with extra sleeping arrangements, two bathrooms, a private sauna, and a small gym.

There’s plenty of space here for couples, families, and small groups who want to stay comfortably and be close to downtown Piteå. The downstairs area includes a microwave, air fryer, and electric kettle, and a fully equipped kitchen upstairs is available by arrangement.

One of the bathrooms has a shower and sauna, while the other has a toilet, sink, and soaking tub. A washer and dryer are also available during your stay.

I think this is better for Vrbo than just reusing the Airbnb text verbatim, since the Vrbo field seems to require a more complete summary of the layout, bathrooms, amenities, and the surrounding area.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower.
