Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war schön mit einem schönen Blick auf dem Fluss. die Außen Dusche war sehr schön, das Wasser war nur lauwarm. Der WLAN Anschluss war mittelmĂ€ĂŸig. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, da der Weg vom Zimmer zum Restaurant beziehungsweise Rezeption ziemlich steinig und steil ist, fĂŒr uns kein Problem. Wir haben eine angebotene Bootsfahrt mitgemacht, die sehr angenehm und informativ war. Kann man sehr empfehlen. Wir haben viele Tiere gesehen.

In dieser Lodge haben wir uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Umgebung ist naturbelassen und man wohnt quasi direkt am Waldrand zum Fluss. Die HĂ€user sind einfach schön und die Aussicht unschlagbar. Das Personal ist außerordentlich gastfreundlich gewesen. Aufgrund einer FlugverspĂ€tung und einer Straßensperre kamen wir quasi Nachts an. Unsere Sorge war nicht mehr einchecken zu können, aber wir wurden schon am Telefon beruhigt. Endlich angekommen gab es sogar noch ein Abendessen, worĂŒber wir nach dem Tag sehr glĂŒcklich waren. Über all den tollen Service hinaus, hat man uns auch noch mit unserem verlorenen GepĂ€ck geholfen. Ein toller Platz Alles in alles einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Durch einen Fehler bei der Umstellung des Buchungssystems entstand eine Überbuchung und wir konnten statt 2 leider nur 1 Nacht dort verbringen. Manager Alfonso hat uns aber nicht in der Pampa stehen lassen, sondern vorgĂ€ngig alles organisiert, dass wir in einer anderen Lodge unterkamen und uns grosszĂŒgig verwöhnt. Wir genossen die Einfachheit und familiĂ€re AtmosphĂ€re in der Lodge und den konfortablen Deluxe-Bungalow.
