The room had an AC unit in the living room that didn’t reach the bedroom. So it didn’t cool down the bedroom much at night, especially with the door cracked. Overall we had everything we needed and it was close to everything.

Fabulous stay in a king sea view suite, super cute retro inspired decor, excellent bed with beautiful white linens and pillows to sink into, large fluffy white towels for the large walk in shower & plenty of lovely Malin & Goetz toiletries. Super efficient aircon. Laundry room, ice machine and big bonus of beach towels. Right in the heart of things and a few minutes from the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is centrally located and within walking distance to many delectable food places and the beach. The boutique hotel felt very homey with all the amenities the room offered. It was very clean and we encountered a few friendly employees very hard at work with the upkeep of the grounds. The bed was very comfortable which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. We appreciated the kitchenette that came in handy. Overall we will definitely stay here again when visiting Pismo and highly recommend this charming hotel. We can't wait to come back.

This stay was the second time I stayed at this property. This time I came with my family. We got 2 rooms and both rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. My 8 year old nephew was very impressed with the decor and the view. Pismo Beach is always a CA getaway fave.
