A cozy and bright apartment of approximately 100 square meters, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building (NO elevator). The property is located in the Porta a Lucca neighborhood of Pisa, in a quiet and pleasant area that is also well-served by all major amenities. The famous Leaning Tower is only 1.5 km away.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony.

The interior is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofas, 42-inch TV, and access to the balcony;

- BALCONY with a small table, chairs, and an outdoor armchair;

- KITCHEN with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, dining table, and access to the small balcony;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and desk;

- BEDROOM II with a queen-size bed, small sofa, desk, and closet;

- BATHROOM with a bathtub with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system ONLY in the kitchen), fans, independent heating, washing machine (in the kitchen), iron, clothesline, and hair dryer.



A crib and high chair are available upon request, subject to availability.



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the third floor and has NO ELEVATOR.



Pets may be allowed upon request for an additional fee.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Pisa Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve your keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be picked up free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance will be available until 12:00 a.m.



Alternatively, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, you can pick up your keys free of charge at our office at Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).



If you would prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to your apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:

- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros;

- From 11:00 PM to midnight: 30.00 euros;

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.: 40.00 euros.
