The staff make this hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly. Handy if you need to get the train but probably wouldn’t be my first choice otherwise. Area felt a little dodgy but it was convenient to get to and from the airport

Nice quiet hotel by train station

To start... this hotel is less than 100 yards from the train station exit. Which after Rome and walking with heavy suitcases, was really nice. It was a little worrisome coming from the back side of it, it felt a little grungy, then when we entered it was very clean and comfortable. When you walk out the front side into a nice little shopping plaza, you have a multitude of restaraunt choices. The Leaning Tower is about a 20 min walk through beautiful little streets. The Breakfast was excellent. The staff could not have been more friendly. Very happy with our stay!

PRO's: Property was one minute from Central Rail Station and buses Staff were very pleasant and helpful Good selection for breakfast Had small fridge Towels & bedding changed every day CONS No room safe No air conditioning in 30o heat - unbearable Shower slippy - had to have towel in shower to stand on No shelves in bathroom or anywhere to hang wet towels No tea making facilities Despite the few positives, wouldn't stay again

Our room was basic but very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge which was good. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work, therefore the room was hot day and night (around 27 Celsius). One of the reception staff tried to mend it and thought she had but this did not turn out to be the case. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help. My friend felt unsafe in the immediate area of the hotel (the entrance was halfway down a passageway with shuttered unoccupied shops) but it was only a few minutes walk to a better area and easy access to the main attractions.
