The apartment is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, capsule coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, 24-inch flat-screen TV, and sofa bed;

- BEDROOM with double bed, desk, and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with raised shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, washing machine, insect screens, fan, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.



Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.

In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.



Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).



If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:

- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;

- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;

- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;

- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.
