Check in was great we were assigned a room early which I was not expecting so a real plus. The lovley reception lady arranged for a takeaway breakfast pack for me and my son and a taxi to the airport. Rooms were clean and great for what we needed. This hotel is a great place to stay in Pisa. Around 15 minutes walking distance to Pisa Tower. Front desk person treated me very professionally. Areas and room were in good shape and clean. It includes a great breakfast which is a plus (good selection of pastries, ham, bacon, cheese, fruits).
