Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Vi måtte forlade boligen kort efter ankomst. Der var en kraftig lugt af fugt og skimmel, og der var omfattende mug under vinduerne og i hjørnet af soveværelset. Boligen var ikke egnet til ophold. Trods en aftale om refundering er pengene ikke blevet tilbagebetalt. Det har været en meget skuffende oplevelse. Hotels.com har ikke mulighed for at hjælpe med refundering, selvom vi har dokumentation for, at det er aftalt med udlejer. Vi kan se på andre platforme, at vi ikke er de eneste, der har haft denne ubehagelige oplevelse.
