This furnished house for 4 people, ideal for family or friends' vacations, is located only 500 m from the seaside and 2 km from the port and shops. Enjoy a peaceful setting with a fenced garden and a terrace perfect for outdoor meals. Between swimming, walks on the coastal path and discovering the charming village of Piriac, everything is set for a relaxing stay by the ocean.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a friendly living space, ideal for sharing meals around the dining table or relaxing in the living room equipped with a sofa, coffee table, and television. The independent and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave) allows you to prepare meals just like at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a L'Or Barista coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen opens onto a pleasant terrace and a fenced garden, perfect for enjoying beautiful days. On the ground floor, a bathroom with shower and toilet completes the living space.
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and storage, the other with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
