This pousada is an oasis of calm in the heart of old Pirenópolis.The room was clean.The beds are comfortable, the towels good quality .The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. The inner courtyard is a pleasant place to relax after touring the region. We loved the breakfast buffet with the many delicious options. We would certainly recommend this place.

Lençol de elástico menor do q o colchão, ou seja, ficava solto em cima do colchão. Parede mofada. E apesar q negociar para pagarmos mais e ficarmos em outro quarto, o quarto “melhor” tb tinha parede mofada. INSALUBRE. Torneira do banheiro suja de pasta de dente do hóspede anterior. Tudo antigo e mal conservado.

Equipe de funcionários excelente! Café da manhã muito bom, tanto na diversidade quanto na flexibilidade de horario. Estacionamento bom,. Quarto muito pequeno, sem muito conforto, sem lugar para apoiar as malas e se quer pendurador de roupas… Não vi bar nem restaurante funcionando… Para o serviço de SPA/massagem oferecido, é o hospede quem tem que contatar o prestador de serviços que não atende nem responde com tempestividade… ou seja, não dá para acreditar nem confiar que se terá o serviço….

O café da manhã foi muito bom, o estacionamento é seguro, a localização é boa, a funcionária que nos atendeu foi simpática. Mas, solicitei um quarto sem escada por sermos idosos e meu esposo ter dificuldades de mobilidade e não fomos atendidos, tinha uma escada íngreme e a cama do quarto 20 era extremamente dura, tipo tábua. Solicitei a troca de quarto e também não fui atendida. Não adianta uma pousada bonitinha se o hóspede não se sentir confortável. A piscina aquecida estava fria.
