Nice hotel, beautiful grouns.

We didn't have a balcony so no view, but the sliding glass door to outside sitting area took all my strength the open it. It's old and should have it replaced, or the part that slides updated.

The restaurant staff was very rude and unfriendly. Didnot understand or didnot want to understand the foid order. When we had told her about mosquito bites ,she replied, " its all in your head, there are no mosquitos here "

All was good , a bit dated, needs updating . Staff very helpful and friendly . Highly recommend this place . Very nice ocean area location and beautiful gardens. Restaurant staff was extremely rude , lazy , non helpful and out right useless . We recommend this hotel for comfortable stay but strongly condemn the restaurant staff and advise others to find other places near by for their food needs .

We loved the property, including the scenery, beach, pool, wildlife (delightful dogs, white cat, roosters and chickens). The food was very good. Loved the ocean view from the restaurant. Loved the black sand beach! The man (and dog) that met us at 4 a.m. were very nice. The room was great! Loved the little gift of monoi oil! The staff could have been more accommodating. The maintenance man at tge pool was using an electric pool cleaner in the pool in the middle ofctge afternoon while we were swimming. There was too much confusion at the front desk trying to get a taxi to our ship. We pre-ordered an 11 a.m. pickup, but they didn't order it until 11 a.m., delaying our pickup by at least an hour.

The rooms were nice. Very nice restaurant right on the ocean. We watch the sun go down with the island of Moorea in the distance. On the weekend they have entertainment in the bar area with a dance floor. Very nice. Good food.

Good price. Day staff ok. Night staff non existent. Guard didn’t speak English. Arrive at 10 pm. No water to purchase at desk and none in the room. The A/C was not on in the room and it was HOT! A/V needed room key in the slot to work. Took Hours to cool off. Walking to our room was through the grounds and no lights nor directions to buildings. Lots of stairs to room. Nice beach front with restaurant. Ok for a short stay. Hotel arranged a transfer from airport for a fee. About 15 or 20 mins with no traffic. I would not choose again. Bite the bullet and pay the big bucks.

My stay was just not good, I arranged a transfer with the hotel from the airport & they charged me twice what a taxi would have cost. The woman at the breakfast was rude, breakfast was not good, items gone & not replaced (eggs), the cost of breakfast was very high for what they offered, the black sand beach was a joke, the pool was very small & had very little chairs. The room was ok, typical of most hotels. I would not stay here again.

Lovely grounds and good sized clean room however, a dated property. Restaurant is very over priced for limited buffet breakfast and evening meals. In residential area with few choices for restaurants. Staff was not overly helpful, dont know if that was a language problem.

Restful night!

Great stay. Beautiful grounds, pool was prefect. We only stayed here one night on our way to Moorea. We loved the room although the bathroom is a little dated. The bed was super comfortable. My husband agreed we had a great night sleep, plus it was very quite. We would stay again.

This property has potential but is tired. Other than a view of the ocean from the restaurant you would never know it is ocean front as there is a concrete wall blocking the beach and ocean view for the entire property. Even if they're fighting coastal erosion, it would seem there would be a way to actually enjoy the ocean front setting better than what's in place currently.

The first night was in a run down room, but we stayed a week later and it was a very nice room, though the shower tub could ise updating. A nice though expensive breakfast buffet. The restaurant is a beautiful setting with tahitian vibes on the shoreline. Good food and good bands playing with locals dancing on weekends. Nice little pool, but very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a less expensive option that worked fine for quick stays.
