Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms with one 140x190 bed each, one of which is on a mezzanine (opening onto the living room). Garage for storing bikes or other items, and a washing machine. Enclosed property of 1.5 hectares. Access to the Dordogne River and a beach. Please note: the cottage may be inaccessible due to potential flooding. All-inclusive package.
