The K1 Residence is located right in the heart of Pineto, just a short walk from the beach and the main street. The SciKKoso apartment, on the 1st floor of the residence (also accessible by elevator), is a three-room apartment featuring a spacious living room with a separate kitchenette, complete with a stove, dishes, cookware, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a gas stovetop. The living room features a sofa and a TV area, with direct access to the balcony, which is equipped for enjoying time outdoors. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom furnished with a double bed and a closet, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed as well as a single bed. Two spacious bathrooms, both with showers, complete the sleeping area. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a garage.

Just 150 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you’ll reach the golden-sand beach, and just a 10-minute walk away is Torre Cerrano, an ancient port that is now home to the Marine Protected Area bearing the same name, “Torre del Cerrano.” The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, and for your added convenience, you’ll find an initial supply of bed linens and towels included in the price upon arrival.
