The hotel was dirty, the spa was out of order and the breakfast served frozen milk. Our bathroom was so dirty that they offered us a new room. The next room was marginally cleaner. No housekeepers were at the hotel when we arrived in the evening. The place seemed neglected and understaffed.

This hotel is basic and overall decent. However, just a lot of little things are subpar: TV remote does not work well with the TV (we were in two different rooms and this applied to both). The included toiletries are small and cheap. No front desk person available in the morning (seriously!) Breakfast is pretty lame. Staff at check-in at night were adequate but not personable. An okay choice for its low price, but you get what you pay for

This was booked based on the pool and Hot tub availability. The Hot tub was not in working condition and looks poked as if it hasn’t been for a long time. While some people may find this trivial, when you are on a motorcycle for 8ths a day, this is what we look forward too. Extremely disappointed this wasn’t communicated.

Don’t expect service

Expect the front desk to be unprofessional, generally rude, and overall absent. For over $200 for one night, it wasn’t worth the stay. I’d sooner go down the street to the several other options in Pinedale.

The hotel appears to be being updated. Our rooms were nice but not totally cleaned. One of our pillows looked used. Hair on the floor in the other rooms bathroom. Couch in room was fairly stained. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was limited. Eggs were under cooked and the tap for the waffle batter broke so the attendant just deemed to unavailable to guests instead of offering us to manually pour the batter into the pre-mesured cups. Orange and Apple juice was nice and cold and not watered down. Owners/ attendants were polite but not very friendly or welcoming.

The room was next to the maintenance room so what sounded like an air compressor ran all the time. The breakfast was meager & not very good. Milk frozen in refrigerator, grounds in coffee. I was very disappointed for the price an am not sure I'll use Expedia again.

Too expensive

The beds were small. But comfy! Floors were damp/wet so that was gross. Gym is a joke. It's smaller than my closet and has one dumbbell, a broken treadmill and a junky elliptical that doesn't work. The pool is big but needs cleaning, entire pool area including door hinges need some attention(major rust) . Showers are weird to turn on. Very expensive for a less than decent hotel. Breakfast looked questionable so we didn't eat it
