- Arrival options:



1. With prior notice for arrival after 19:00h until 21:00h, a member of our team can hand over the keys to you, with an additional cost of 50€.

2. For customers arriving outside of office hours, HHR has security boxes so you can pick up the keys.



. Online check-in is essential to complete your reservation registration and to expedite the process of your arrival at the accommodation and it is very important to complete it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon your departure all digitized data will be deleted from HHR's computer system.

. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay you will let us know.

. You must pay the Tourist Tax which is mandatory per person and night (maximum 7 nights), from 17 years old.

. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be accepted.

. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay with pets in this accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
