House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Quiet time is 11 PM to 9 AM — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers.

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled quickly for you. Text is best!

• No pets allowed at this property.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Please use makeup remover wipes, paper towels, or your own personal cloths instead. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Grill Use: You’re welcome to enjoy the grill during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.

• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

• For guest safety, a Ring Doorbell camera is installed at the front door (video only, no audio).

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.
