Where to start? First off, the address given did not lead us to the hotel...the address is given on Sheridan Rd but all of their driveways were on Hospitality...you could kind of see the sign from Sheridan but not very well as it was behind a Burger King. The check-in was fine. When we went to the pool, we found out that it was out of order...not because there was a sign anywhere...but because we tried to get into the door of the pool area. When we asked at the desk, they told us that the heater was shot (not a huge thing...it happens)...and they had simply not told us at check-in or had any signage that indicated it. Glad we were just going down to check the water temp instead of having already gotten into our suits. The bed was definitely getting old...my wife had a couple springs in her back until she rolled over into the middle of the bed. In the morning, we went down to breakfast (which we had confirmed the time for the night before). When we got in the breakfast room, there was a coffee machine, a small juice machine and a tiny refrigerator with 4 cups of yougurt. When I asked at the desk when the rest of breakfast would be set up, he responded that what was in there was all the "breakfast" they had. We packed and checked out quickly so we could go actually get a breakfast before our event for the day. Absolutely would not recommend.

Clean room, easy and friendly check in process. Disappointed for lack of breakfast- we left right before 6am and nothing available. The only issue we had wasn’t even the hotels fault - noise from truckers in an adjacent parking lot banging around all night.

Furniture was scratched and old. Microwave did not work, paint and scratch marks on the top of it. Had to request a new one. TV was not working until we plugged it in. Giant bathtub in the actual hotel room near the bed. Burn hole on the top sheet. Large round stain on the blanket! Dead roach on the floor when you open the room door. There was painting going on, so every small access door was left open. Probably where the roaches live. Advertised, “breakfast included”. Told it was a light breakfast, yogurt, granola,juice,and,coffee. Description on Expedia has it as Super 8 by Wyndham. No signage with Wyndham on it out front. Misleading! Keep scrolling! Find a different property!

The front staff at check in was not friendly, the only thing she said was do you have your ID and sign here. Then was put out because I wanted two keys. Info on hotel said they served breakfast but that is more than coffee and juice. Doors were slamming shut at 11pm multiple times. I would have said something to the guests or it was an employee. Never saw an employee in the morning.
