Escape the daily grind at this unique and relaxing vacation rental on the Costa Blanca.
This modern apartment is located in a gated community with a playground and two swimming pools, one of which is for children. The beach is about 200–300 meters away.

It features a fully equipped kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed.

Nearby are several beaches, notably “El Conde,” known for its magical sunrises, and “Higuericas,” one of the most popular beaches.

Nice apartment but not so nice area

Probably because of the very bad weather it was very few restaurants close, that where open. We saw very few people outside.
