Dopo averlo contattato, mi ha detto che aveva avvisato Belvilla ma , l'appartamento non è stato tolto dal sito . In piu , mi avevate garantito un rimborso del viaggio , che avete fatto . Mentre mi avevate garantito che avreste contribuito ad un altro viaggio pari alla cifra spesa per il primo e io avrei pagato la differenza . Invece ho prenotato un altro viaggio e me lo sono pagato tutto io . Grazie siete di parola .
