Maison en Bord de mer - Casa L'albitronu

Our house is located in Pietrosella, only a few steps from the sea (7 min walk) and hiking trails (4 min by car). The Isolella Tower is 5 min by car, the Silver Beach 7 min by car. The Sanguinaires Islands are 35 min drive away (we have a direct and unobstructed view of the islands from the house). For a choice of restaurants and bars by the sea, Porticcio is perfect and is a 10 min drive from the house.

Our house has a private pool, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The garden is large, flowery, not overlooked, and includes a swimming pool and a fully equipped terrace with a view of the sea (and the Sanguinaires Islands in particular), for beautiful summer evenings (iron chairs, sunbeds, tables, parasols). We also have a gas barbecue.

The house is spacious and fully equipped. It contains 4 bedrooms (two of which have direct exposure to the sea), 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 bathrooms. A large dining room is available in one of the kitchens, which is open plan and has a direct view of the sea. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating (as well as a fireplace), free wi-fi, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a high chair and a cot for young children.

Ajaccio airport is a 20-minute drive from the house.

La maison est bien placée .A proximité à pied des plages mais la pente est un peu raide au retour . Des housses de matelas seraient préférables à des draps car permettrait un’‘ bien meilleur confort .Le dernier soir la climatisations s’est éteinte sans possibilité d agir car installation inaccessible .Un ménage en profondeur de la maison et du jardin serait un plus . Tous les couverts mériteraient d’être changés Le matelas 160 est dans un état moyen .
