Holiday Home 'Il Pescino' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The small rustic house "Il Pescino," well restored with typical local materials, is located on the panoramic hill of Ripa, with a splendid view of the sea of Versilia. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

The holiday home also boasts private terraces (open and covered) where you can chill out in the evening. In addition to the terrace on the property, there is a fenced garden with several relaxing corners.

Although immersed in tranquillity, among vineyards, and olive and citrus trees, it is only 3km away from the famous beaches of Forte dei Marmi (typical Versilia characteristic: a symbiosis of sea and mountains), 2km from Pietrasanta and 10km from Viareggio. Guests must visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Cinque Terre, Apuan Alps. The hosts are always available to advise guests on restaurants, and itineraries.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

One pet is allowed. There are other animals on the premises, therefore only well-behaved pets are permitted.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Air conditioning is not available.
