Aufenthalt September mit Hund

Schränke im Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten haben schlecht gerochen. Keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, Tigermückenplage draußen sitzen nicht möglich. Nur RegenDusche, keine Handbrause, Dusche zu wenig Wasser um Shampoo auszuspülen. Wasser stand in der Dusche auch nach einmaligem Klempnereinsatz. Kein Schäler, Brettchen, scharfes Messer in der Küche. Keine Kehrschaufel vorhanden, neuer Besen musste angefordert werden. Baulärm von gegenüber.

In die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus und die Gartenanlage wären schön, wenn hier mit mehr Können gearbeitet wurde. Die Rattanstühle im Wohnzimmer sind verschlissen. Das Bad ungepflegt( schmutzige Gardiene ), Fliesen mit Risse und zum Teil Schimmel und verdreckte Silikonfugen. Die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche verdreckt. Die Plastiktischdecke mit Riss. Der Matrazenschoner zerrissen) . Der Parkplatz ist sehr klein und man muss die Einfahrt des Nachbarn zum Rausfahren nutzen. Lage gut , um vieles zu Fuß zu erledigen.

Befriedigend

Die Unterkunft an sich war soweit befriedigend. Das Bad musste erst nochmal geputzt werden, so schmutzig war es. Am Ende mußte man den Müll selbst im eigenen Auto zum Müllplatz fahren. Das ist kein Kundenservice

Nettes Häuschen

Das Haus ist für Familien mit zwei Kindern optimal. Zum Strand muss man ca. 1 km laufen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch ca. 1 km entfernt. Das Auto am besten stehen lassen, wenn es einmal im Hof geparkt wurde, es ist recht eng. Im Haus war es soweit gut, es ist ordentlich aber nicht luxuriös. Das Bad war etwas alt und die Küche noch ein bisschen verklebt, aber es hat alles funktioniert, die Fenster und die Matratzen sind neu und bequem.

Leider wurde nie erwähnt, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, was bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad, gerade Nachts die Erholung nicht fördert. Das Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden ( Schimmel). Pluspunkte sind Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefriere und Waschmaschine. Das Meer ist zwar fussläufig zu erreichen, genau so wie die lebhafte Stadt, allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein.

Marina di Pietrasanta

Jolie maison. bon emplacement pour visiter et aller à la plage en vélo. Pietrasanta est très joli. Restaurants sympas, bord de mer très joli. Peu de monde à la plage en cette période et la plage est magnifique.

Vacanza con Famiglia-luglio

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane molto piacevoli. La casa è confortevole, unica nota negativa sono gli armadi (ormai vecchissimi) che non emanano un odore gradevole (Basterebbe sostituirli con due acquistati all'IKEA). La casa è molto vicino al mare e al centro di Tonfano, raggiungibile a piedi o in bici. Mio marito, che ha parlato con qualche dipendente di Interhome, non li ha trovati molto gentili e cordiali.

Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Ein einfach eingerichtetes Haus , dass gerne eine Renovierung vertragen könnte (vor allem das Bad!). Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und es ist nicht weit vom Meer gelegen....

Pleasant little house

Nice house although could do with some updating. Some comfy outdoor chairs would have been nice. The property provided off road parking however due to the narrow access and parked cars in the road you were either blocked in or blocked out
